Twitter is by far a favorite of which you can stay in touch with your friends, colleagues and customers. Basically Twitter consists of a micro-blogging platform that allows users to quickly send messages or “shouts” to friends with a limit of 140 characters. I have been “twittering” now for 4 months and as I started getting more into the whole concept, I soon realized that there is large amounts of money to be made on Twitter. From there on forward, I have never looked back and making money with Twitter was absolutely sweet! The reason for doing this post is to shed some light on how people are making money on Twitter every single day and how you can easy earn money too. I will assume that you are in some way acquainted to Twitter and that you have all the basics down so that I can dive right into ideas you can use to start earning money with Twitter. Lets start with some of the key monetization elements that an individual can explore using twitter: Advertising Directly - If you have a lot of twitter followers, you will have a wide reach of each one of your messages that you send out which could easily convert into sales. You can probably look into selling impression or tweets on classified sites or by approaching another website that is related to your followers. make money with Twitter Recommending Products - You could always recommend a product/brand/service on behalf of a certain advertiser or persuade your Twitter followers to take a certain action (buying, signing up etc) Doing a Promotion - You could help the advertiser to promote a new service or product to all of your Twitter followers. This operates brilliantly if say for example, you are a internet marketer and the followers are also interested in internet marketing. So by doing this and tweeting a message about “weight-loss” would not get as many clicks as “How I made $500 in 1 hour”. Understood? Affiliate Links – The easiest way to promote an affiliate link would be to recommend a product or service through twitter by dropping an affiliate link that can be placed directly in your Tweet. If the link has too many characters, you could visit http://tinyurl.com and shorten it from there. Doing A Paid Review– This is similar to advertising directly, the one difference would be to substitute blindly referring/suggesting a product  or service, you can do a paid review. Answering Questions - At the bottom of the Twitter screen, there is a handly little tool that allows you to search for tweets containing a certain keyword. Let’s say that I am promoting Ipod’s and I do the search and I come across a tweet that asks “Where can I get an Ipod for the best price?”. You would simply reply to the tweet and suggest your affiliate link which will most likely end up in a sale. Improving a product - Let’s say that you created a product and you would like to improve on the concept. You could simply send out a tweet asking “What would you like improved about Product X?” You would then get feedback which will enable you to design a better product. Now after this you should have a very good idea of how you can make money on Twitter but I will highly recommend that you take a look at Twitter Turbo Cash Generator which is by far the best piece of software that I have come across since the start of the “Twitter Madness”.  The software guides you through a couple of easy steps and within 30 minutes, you’ll be generating a large sums of money with the compliments of Twitter. Simply set it up and let it run by itself. The only alternative that I found that comes close to Turbo Cash Generator at a much lower price would be the which consist out of a detailed course on how to use twitter to drive insane amounts of traffic to your affiliate site or blog and convert them into buying customers. For Twitter Turbo Cash Generator is would give a whopping 9 out of 10 and for the Twitter Traffic Machine I would score a little lower due to the absence of automation software, 7 out of 10. I love the thrill of the hunt — hunting for money making niches, that is. Finding that corner of the web that has the potential to make me money is pretty cool. There are no guarantees, of course, but if you’re following someone like Josh Spaulding, your chances have increased. The CPC column (second from the left) is not what you’ll earn per click. Rather, it’s what an advertiser would expect to pay if they were bidding on those terms. But that means you get a cut of it, of course. So the higher the CPC the more money you make when people click on a related ad. I have something truly awesome I want to share with you today, so please read this entire post. I don’t mean it lightly when I saw this is life changing stuff i’m about to share with you. I totally understand the mindset of someone who hasn’t made a lot of money online, if any at all. We all dream of and want to live a certain lifestyle and when we aren’t doing it, it can be incredibly frustrating. This past weekend I was really busy and now I am tired. I actually just want to relax today but some work has to be done. Well this past weekend I have done a lot of things such as create a new sales page for a new digital product, bought a new affiliate system, graphic designers, logo contests, forum, and I think that is it. Below is just going to be a small recap of what I was doing this weekend. Also another great aspect was receiving an email from Market Leverage to sponsor a contest! So I will be hosting a contest soon sometime next week and Market Leverage is providing the great prizes, including an iPod! Okay so enough talk and let me break down my weekend: Digital Product Creation: BANS Premium Template Packages So after taking a survey and researching BANS forums, I decided to go ahead and make a new set of templates for the BANS community. I actually partnered up with Neil from NeilsWeb to help speed up the process. Neil is like my graphic designer and I met him via twitter when I asked anyone if they can do a LP design for me and Neil quickly responded. From then on he has done several projects for me and currently me and him have JV together to provide the new set of templates to the Build a Niche Community. With the great success of the first set of templates I have decided to create these new pack of templates to help new users expand on their virtual stores. You can view the new sales page here: Premium Build a Niche Store Templates Sales Page Creation for BANS Templates I also worked on the sales page of the Build a Niche Store Templates. I was deciding if I should have done a blog sales letter post or a standard sales letter with domain. I have decided to go ahead and make several selections/packages of templates. I actually took the original blog post and just copy and paste it into the sales letter. I will be actually editing it a lot in the coming days to make it more of a sales letter. Downloaded New Affiliate Managing Script and Created Affiliate Homepage I was very satisfied with the $7 script but I think I realize the script was meant for list building and providing cheap reports to download. It was not meant to do big priced orders, even though it can. The problem I ran into was refunds, I only had 1 refund and luckily it was under my paypal id. If it was under an affiliate I would have to contact that person and ask then to handle the refund on their end, not good. So I decided to buy an affiliate manager. I was stuck if I wanted to get a service and pay monthly or have my own system. I also was thinking if I should use a digital service like ClickBank or PayDotCom and pay for the fees. Right now I think having your own is best, no fees and no future monthly payments. Also, these systems will not work the way I have the Premium Templats Sales letter set up. It is almost like a shopping cart and not a 1 buy button selection. Configure TradeBit Secure Downloads So since I do not use the $7 script anymore for this specific product, I was worried about secure downloads. The $7 Dollar Script actually creates session for downloads so a download is secure and not visible to the public for constant download, the link will actually expire after 48 hours. This is great because the download is secure. Since I no longer use the script, I went back to tradebit and will be using their secure download forms. This is great for me since now users have place to securely download their digital product. PayPal SandBox and IPN But with this it requires an IPN from which TradeBit offers, but now causes another issue with my Affiliate System, I can only have 1 IPN notification. This really was bothering me this weekend and I was having a hard time with paypal sandbox and triggering the IPN from both parties. I created 1 php file to trigger both IPN parties but it seemed like I was not doing it right or it is only recognizing 1 IPN status but I simply just disregarded the IPN and used the TradeBit function. Luckily the affiliate system has other ways to determine commissions. Logo Contest on Digital Point for my Blog I wanted a new logo for my blog and my over all company, now that I have an LLC. So I posted up a contest a couple days prior to the weekend and got a really awesome logo! I even got it for a really cheap price and it is far better than one of my logos that I paid 3 times more than this logo I did in the forum. Have a look: Installed Viddler WordPress Video Companion PlugIn Since I do video on my blog and some post have video, I wanted to see if there would be others out there that would respond not in text but in video. I searched and viddler came up right away. Viddler’s Video Companion puts a red camera below the comment box in which you click on it and a lightbox affect appears right in front of you. You can login and chose a video to post or record a new video right on the spot without leaving my blog! Great Concept! I hope to see it more and more on video blogs. Forum Creation I decided to make a forum, still making a template a logo and categories as well. Should be released soon, but I know it is hard to promote and get participants in a forum. I always wanted a forum for my community and readers. It helps me interact more fluidly with my customers, readers, buyers, etc. I will probably talk about it sometime this week, I mean it is almost done just need to change some things. I worked 2 12 hour shifts over the weekend, and overnight last night. The whole time all I could think about was my current campaign that I’ve been sharing with you guys. One of the members of the Wealthy Affiliate Forum challenged the members to lay out their entire campaign for the members to see…with a promise of public mentorship and guidance step by step. All I can say is that so far it has been mind blowing! Myself and 3 others have taken him up on this challenge. THere are 4 different forum threads going, with each of us cross posting to one another, and hundreds of views of the threads by other members of the forum. There is so much more to SUCCESSFUL affilaite marketing than just trying to sell. The keys to the vault are in tracking and improving what’s working and scrapping what isn’t…the real question is how and what do you track? It seems simple on the surface, but it takes work, effort, the ability to make a plan and follow through, and a blueprint for where you are going. It doesn’t mean that you know where you will end up, but the PROCESS of getting there is the single most important aspect of success. In one year, I will kiss my “day job” goodbye. The 5 Best Blog Posts about making money Online
There are so many blogs out there about making money online, it can be difficult to find which are the ones that you can learn something from. I hope that this is one of them! I know that there are just as many lists about the best money making blogs, but here is a slightly different slant on it. Here is my list of blog posts that I have definitely taken something from: 1. The Dot Com Lifestyle John chow may just be one of the most famous bloggers on the planet and I frequently go to his site to pick up tips and new information. I was truly inspired when I saw his video about the reality of the life that he can live by making money through blogging. It’s not about fast cars, partying and exotic destinations but more about the freedom that comes with money through success from blogging. 2. How to Easily Get More Members for Your Niche Community I love the DoshDosh site because every post is relevant and informational. I especially found this post useful when trying to create a community site. Maki, the author, also puts an anime pic with each post adding to the charm of the site 3. How to Make money Online in 3 Months Along the same theme as Yoomost, Google Lady conducted her own experiment to see if she can create a profitable site within 3 months using the Amazon Affiliate program. She goes through what she did step by step. An excellent post that really helps you to understand what you need to do to make money online. 4. I Paid 12 Months To Learn These 32 Things Carl Ocab, aka the Kidblogger, created a succesful blog when he was 13 and has continued to make more money from it. This post was written a year after he launched his blog and he shares the 32 things that he has learned from the experience. His blog also has loads of great information with a lot of posts coming from guest bloggers, giving a wide range of subjects in the online marketing and blogging area. 5. Bloggernoob, a year of making money online This is a site that I’ve come across recently and the in particular this post. Like Carlocab’s post, the Bloggernoob blog has celebrated it’s one year anniversary and he breaks his earnings down in this one post. He managed to make over $25,000 in his first year and I think that’s very impressive. He’s done it through a variety of monetization methods and you can see which are more successful through the amounts that he has made through them.
One Extra – 6. The Publicity Stunt Hall Of Fame Okay, so this isn’t so much to do with making money online, but I love this blog post. It’s a list of 50 or so of the top publicity stunts that company’s have taken to market their products or brands. Who knows, it may inspire you to do something just as crazy! Even those that are not overtly focused on making money tend to have a leaning towards reviews of affiliate products or are riddled with adverts or banners. And of the millions of blogs trying to generate some kind of income I question how many even make enough to cover the domain name and hosting costs. I’ve done no detailed research on the subject but it is clear from comments, forum posts and articles I read that it is only the few who are making any real money online from their blogs. It’s easy to see why. There are blogs with no focus. There are blogs lost in cyber space, probably with very good content but the owners just don’t know how to drive the vital traffic to their sites. There are blogs with poor content, just thrown up in the hope something will happen. So what has that to do with Bruce Springsteen you may ask? I’m about to give away some clues to my advancing years here so do excuse me if I doze off while writing I first got into Springsteen when he released Born To Run in the UK. I can’t remember the year off the top of my head and I’m guessing at 1973. That’s over 35 years ago. Not my favourite track but I bought the album and fell in love with Thunder Road. Now that’s an inspiration to venture if ever there was one: Well the night’s busting open These two lanes will take us anywhere We got one last chance to make it real To trade in these wings on some wheels Climb in back Heaven’s waiting on down the tracks Oh-oh come take my hand We’re riding out tonight to case the promised land I’ve seen him perform at various venues including a massive sell out at the old Wembley Stadium. And each and every time he has given everything. His performances were always full of energy and passion. Whether you like his music or not it is impossible to deny he gives outstanding value for money. And this weekend he performed at both Glastonbury and Hyde Park. He could be excused for sitting on a stool and doing an acoustic version of everything, and taking a few breaks to stretch the performance out. So what does Bruce do? After some 30 years his following in the UK is stronger than ever – despite a few (in my opinion) – lean years where his music lost some of its bite. He stays on stage for 30 minutes longer than scheduled. He had the whole audience lapping up every song. He moved around the stage as though he was still in his twenties and he showed such passion for what he was doing it is impossible not to be affected. Does all that just happen or does he have to work at it. Maybe a bit of preparation, maybe some practice and maybe a little belief that he’s good and people want to hear what he has to say! And then there are those “money making blogs” chucking up a few lame posts hoping to generate some money. There is no passion. There is no preparation and as far as I can see there is no belief that anyone will ever read it anyway! Make sure you know your audience, provide them with what they want to hear, provide it with passion and enthusiasm, provide more than expected. Prepare, learn your art and maybe you too will have a loyal following in 30 years time. People who look up to you. Are inspired by you and ultimately ensure you have money making blogs. Now that the US Presidential election is over, the focus has shifted once again to the economy. Obama is going to have his work cut out. Many people are either looking for miracles or quick fixes for their money woes. But at the same time, relatively speaking, money making had never been as easy on the Web as it is today. If you’re willing to look deeper, you’ll actually find that many money making programs on the Web don’t cost you a penny. Perhaps a little effort on your part. Some programs pay you for promoting their sites or products, but competition is often stiff for these methods. There are actually easier ways to make some extra cash on the side, and surprisingly, some of these methods are not really that well known (and therefore with less competition). Did you know that the pictures you take on holiday can actually make you money on the Web? Photo sharing is not something new, but making some money out of this is also possible. One of such programs is Shareapic.net. How it works is this – You just upload your photos to their site, and promote them. Which is a lot easier than promoting actual products, as people in general like to look at photos and it doesn’t cost them a cent. When your photos get visited, you get paid. Seems really easy to me, but it actually works. The problem is in the promotion of your photos, although it isn’t too complicated by itself. You can promote your photos in many places, photography forums being among the best for this purpose. Post your photos in thumbnail view in the forums, with a link to the original photo. Shareapic provides you with codes to copy and paste into your messages. Then, you can post to different social networking sites like Myspace, Orkut, Facebook, etc. Also, Shareapic makes it easier for you by automatically publishing your galleries to those sites. However, nothing beats having your own site. You can more easily post your galleries on your site, and have full control over what gets published, plus all the visitors who arrive will be visiting your photos too. Different photo sharing programs pay you differently. Shareapic pays you around $1 for every 4500 views of your photos. They have the added advantage in that they also pay you a cut of the revenue from their ad company Bidvertiser. However, bear in mind that traffic originating from Asia generally pays very little. A referral program is also a plus, and Shareapic also runs a referral program where you get paid for referring people to their program. All in all, their system is simple and it pays. making good without a university degree

Hello, stranger! New here? How about subscribing to my RSS feed? Thanks for visiting!I had lunch with an old colleague of mine last week. This colleague and I worked at my first “real” job at a software company a few years ago. He was the lead programmer and I was the junior turned intermediate coding church accounting software if you can believe it. Then the tech bubble and 9/11 happened and the R&D money dried up - yadda yadda yadda. I bailed to find work elsewhere; he left shortly after to become a network administrator at another company. At this lunch meeting, he proceeded to tell me that he’s moving on again, to take a position out of town as a programmer / project manager, something he has always wanted to do. He will be taking a 16k paycut in doing so but he’d be moving closer to family and the experience would be invaluable for the future. He had told me previously he is pulling six figures at his present job so let’s suppose at minimum, he will “only” be making 84k at the new place. Not bad for someone who only has an architecture diploma and a programming certificate in Visual Basic. Sometimes I wonder if the importance stressed on higher education is worth it. Here’s a guy who made it on his own from a very poor background on pure chutzpah. I doubt if he fully understands software engineering principles or can even name the processes of a development cycle but isn’t this all just BS? You make all these plans and milestones which no one ever follows anyway. At the end of the day, I believe it just boils down to common sense. Take this from the bias of someone who only has a diploma (albeit in computer engineering) but I turned out all right too. I can go on about education and money as it would be dangerous to say you don’t need a higher education but I think I’ll leave that post for another time. Today, I’d just like to reflect on his success and how he got there: hard work, motivation, confidence, leadership. These are skills you can’t learn from a text book but I’m glad he was there to teach me.

I’ve heard many bloggers both write and say that they quit using Amazon long ago because they either never made much or anything at all. Amazon was actually the first affiliate program I ever signed up for. I have to admit, at first I really didn’t make anything either, probably for about the first year. I don’t make thousands like some people do, but I do get a payment from them each and every month. I could probably earn even more if I were a more diligent blogger! I believe that the keys to making money with Amazon are pretty easy: Two Steps to Amazon Cash: Always be Selling Something Make it Personal Let’s break it down so I can explain each point… 1. Always Be Selling Something: You don’t know it, but if you’re blogging you can always be selling something. Did you rent a movie? Buy some furniture? Read a book? Listen to some music? By simply blogging about your everday life you can find things you can not only write about, but monetize and not feel shameful about selling. Last year my wife and I were looking for some modern shelves to put our audio and video components on because our TV is mounted on the wall and using a TV stand is really stupid (since there is no TV on it). After I found what I needed, I blogged about floating shelves, and it turned out to be a long tail keyword that I made quite a few sales per month from. We got a new Blu-Ray player for Xmas, so when Blu-Ray sale last week it was time to stock up! Guess what – other people stocked up through my affiliate link too and I made commissions! 2. Make it Personal: The most important thing I could ever teach you about blogging is to make each post and page personal. Write in your own style, about your own life, and your own experiences. Why do you think reality TV is so popular? Why are the gossip rags at the checkout read so much? People LOVE to read and know about other people and what they’re doing. If you can manage to talk about yourself AND tie in a product you can get conversions at 10x the rate of a spammy feeling blog! And if you make it personal and draw people in, you build TRUST and REPEAT visitors too! Amazon is the ultimate online store because they have about everything. The thing I love is people that say you don’t make any money, and not only are they not promoting the program on a regular basis – but they are missing the point entirely! The entire reason for getting someone to Amazon is so that they will hopefully see something they like……anything! Amazon will give you commission no matter what (or how much) they buy! Sure you might only get $1.28 commission on book, but if they buy a $200 kiddie stroller you might get an additional $12 commission! I have sold grills, bicycle pumps, dentist office tools, car seats, blenders, sweaters, bikinis, watches, and a ton of really weird stuff – all from simple links to books and electronics. Beberapa update seputar kegiatan “making money Online”

Ini adalah laporan kegiatanku seputar blogging dan make money online. Sharing ini mudah-mudahan bermanfaat. Lagi belajar affiliate marketing tapi sampai sekarang belum ada action. Soalnya mau nyoba PPC Adwords tapi belum punya kartu kredit, jadi untuk sementara masih ditunda. Untuk teknik lain, yaitu natural SEO harus meluangkan extra usaha dan waktu. Join di beberapa affiliate network. Tapi salah satu affiliate network menyatakan bahwa mereka tidak menjangkau teleponku, artinya mereka tidak bisa menghubungi saya via telepon. Padahal udah memberikan informasi nomor telepon dengan benar. Duch jadi bingung tentang penulisan kode Negara, apakah: +62, 062, atau 62 ?!. Dapat satu advertiser di Teliad (text link ads network), lumayan cepat, soalnya baru 1 minggu join Teliad. Teliad gak jauh beda dengan backlinks, linkadage, atau text-link-ads. Tapi pemasangan link advertiser tidak otomatis. Dapat dua advertiser dari Reviewme dan tiga advertiser dari Sponsoredreviews. Lumayan lah, karena udah hampir dua bulan gak dapat sponsor dari dua paid reviews tersebut. Di rumah gak ada koneksi internet, jadi kalau mau ngenet harus ke warnet atau nebeng di rumah saudara, mumpung Speedy lagi gratis. Buku Problogger – Secrets for Blogging Your Way to a Six-Figure Income udah nyampe pada tanggal 26 September 2008. Dan cek dari Google nyampe kemaren, tanggal 17 Oktober 2008. Ntar bikin postingan tentang ini ah.
